Damage? No Problem

I was leary ordering from this site as I knew nothing about them or more importantly, where it would be shipping from. I was pleasantly surprised when I received my email announcing my order was in its way and was more surprised when it actually got there timely. Off to a GREAT start. We opened the backdrop and discovered there was some smudges of ink where I guess it wasn’t dried and they folded it for shipment. I emailed them the next day and after a couple of days, they contacted me, asked for pictures and another one was sent. The entire process from original order to replacement couldn’t have been easier! Thank you for standing behind your product and reputation.
