Please kindly note before you order, all of our backdrops need both production time and shipping. The backdrops production time is about 4-6 business days, including ordinary orders and customized orders. If we encounter a large number of orders, the shipment may be delayed for several days. Please allow extra shipping days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you via email in time.

Our backdrops need 4-6 business days to make before it can be shipped including ordinary orders and customized orders except the items in the Ready to Ship collection.

For ordinary orders:
Delivery Time = Production Time+Shipping Time

For customized orders:
Delivery Time = Proof Confirm Time+ Production Time+Shipping Time
Proof Confirm Time : If you customize backdrops, we will send you a proof to confirm by email. You need to confirm the proof as soon as possible, we usually send you a proof within 2 days.

We choose tax-included express delivery in European countries, so you usually don't need to pay. Tariffs in Canada, Mexico, India and Brazil are normal. The specific tariffs are regulated by policies, and we will try our best to ensure the interests of our customers.
