Return & Refund Policy

At Aperturee, we value our customers so much and we hope you like the product you ordered! However, in case you are not 100% satisfied, we have made the return and refund process very simple.
To be eligible for return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as the product you received.

Can I make some changes to the custom backdrop after I place order?
If you make any changes to the customized background after placing the order, please check the following two situations for your review.
Situation #1 Before shipping, we need to charge a 30% modification fee based on the cost of modification, because we have already produced it for you.
Situation #2 If the product has already been shipped, then we will not accept any modification request.

Can I cancel my order?
We will process your order in 24 hours after your order is placed. If you want to cancel your order, please contact us to request cancellation via service@aperturee.com within 6 hours after your order is placed. We will try to satisfy your requests.
However, if the backdrop has been in processing and you want to cancel, we can only refund the shipping fee back, or you want to change something, we will charge extra 30% modification fee.
If your order has been dispatched, then your order can not be cancelled.
Please NOTE, personalized order cannot be cancelled after it is in production.

How to return & refund?

Return & Refund Policy


1. For defective products
This happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way.
Aperturee will issue a full refund including shipping for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please request refund through email.
* In this condition, Aperturee will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

2. For customer remorse
This happens when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item.
Please follow the steps to make the return:
* To start a return, you can contact us via email: service@aperturee.com, please include the reason for return and photographs for verification.
* Once we have approved your request, we’ll send you the return instructions on how to send back your package.
* Please send your item(s) using local post within 180 days from receiving the package.
* When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition and has the issues stated in the return request.
* Once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank). Original shipping fee & return shipping fee will not be refunded.
* In this condition, customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

3. Return Conditions
* You have a max of 180 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 180 days after receive. No returns made after 180 days from the delivery date will be accepted. So, please open the package and check the items when you received them.
* The item must be unwashed, undamaged and with the original tags attached. We cannot process the return of any faulty item.
* We reserve the right to refuse the return if received in an unacceptable condition or without our prior knowledge.
* We are not liable for return item(s) that are lost or damaged, please keep the receipt with tracking information.
* For custom backdrops, we only provide returns if the quality of the backdrop is problematic. As you know, it is made to order and custom to your requirements, it can't be resold or re-used. So we can't accept return for these items
